These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Lucky Star platform and all associated services. By registering an account, depositing funds or using any service, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms in their entirety. Eligibility

To use the platform, you must be at least eighteen years of age at the time of registration. If the minimum legal age for online gaming in your jurisdiction exceeds eighteen, that higher limit applies to your account. The platform enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy across all services. Only one account is permitted per individual, household, IP address, email address and payment method. Account Registration

Identity Verification

The platform operates a risk-based KYC framework with three levels of verification to comply with regulatory requirements. The first level is Simplified Due Diligence for basic account functions. The second level is Customer Due Diligence for standard operations. The third level is Enhanced Due Diligence for higher-risk activities and larger transactions.

Standard verification requires a government-issued photo identification document and a recent proof of residential address. For enhanced verification, the team may additionally request proof of source of funds documentation. The Operator completes standard verification within one to three business days after document submission. Deposits

All deposits must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name on the platform. UPI, PhonePe and cryptocurrency deposits process instantly, while bank transfers may take one to three business days.

Deposited funds must be wagered at least one time before you can submit a withdrawal request. This requirement prevents deposit-and-withdraw abuse and applies to all payment methods equally. The maximum monthly withdrawal limit is equivalent to $50,000 combining all payment methods across the calendar month. However, progressive jackpot winnings are exempt from this monthly limit and are processed separately. Winnings that exceed the monthly cap are disbursed in instalments during subsequent months until the full amount is paid.

Electronic wallets and cryptocurrency withdrawals are generally credited on the same business day after approval. On the other hand, bank transfers may take up to three business days to arrive in your account. The Operator may conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request before releasing the funds.

Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms published at the time of activation on the platform. The general conditions described below apply unless the individual promotional offer states otherwise. Members should read the complete terms of each bonus before claiming it.

The standard wagering requirement is forty times the combined bonus and deposit amount for casino bonuses. Free spin winnings carry the same wagering requirement as standard bonus funds. Regarding game contribution rates, slots contribute one hundred percent and live casino games contribute ten percent toward wagering requirements. Sports betting wagers do not contribute when using bonus funds.

The maximum bet allowed while a bonus is active on your account is equivalent to $25 per round or wager. Exceeding this limit may result in the loss of the bonus and all associated winnings earned during the bonus period. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities constitute a material violation of these Terms and Conditions. Engaging in any of these activities may result in account suspension, permanent termination and potential legal action depending on the severity of the violation.

  • Multiple accounts: Operating more than one account or allowing another person to use your account credentials.
  • False information: Providing incomplete, inaccurate or deliberately misleading personal details during registration or verification.

  • VPN or proxy usage: Using services to disguise your real geographic location to circumvent access restrictions.

Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without any warranties of any kind. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator excludes liability for direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform and its services.

Furthermore, the Operator is not responsible for interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control. This includes internet connectivity problems, hardware failures, natural disasters and actions by third-party service providers. Members acknowledge that gaming involves inherent financial risk in every session. Therefore, losses from normal gaming activity do not give rise to any claims against the Operator.

Inactive Accounts

An account is classified as inactive after twelve consecutive months without any login, deposit, withdrawal or wagering activity. The system deducts a monthly administrative fee of 10 EUR or equivalent from the remaining balance of inactive accounts. The Operator notifies members by email before applying the inactive classification to their account.

To prevent these charges, simply log in to your account or perform any activity before the twelve-month threshold is reached. Moreover, if your account balance reaches zero due to inactivity fees, the system closes the account automatically. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law and Severability

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the Operator’s gaming licence issued by the Curacao authorities. Legal proceedings related to these terms are filed exclusively before the competent courts of that jurisdiction. However, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may apply in addition to these governing provisions.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, it is severed from the remaining terms without affecting their validity. In its place, a valid provision with equivalent commercial intent replaces the severed clause to maintain the overall purpose of the agreement.

Modifications

The Operator may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in business practices, regulations or platform features. Substantial changes are communicated with at least fourteen days advance notice through email or platform announcements. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Therefore, members who do not agree with the modified terms should close their account and withdraw their remaining balance before the effective date.
